Wonderful and Super clean Rooms
wild flower meadow executive suite lovely garden
The room presented a wild flower meadow just outside the window. The executive suite was lovely and perfect for sharing. Gardens provided space for a refreshing walk, so peaceful and pretty.
The corridor outside the room was noisy, but that can't be helped.

The staff was attentive with a cute smile and quick to respond. They gave me cutlery when I needed it. The service in Bradley's restaurant was excellent and so professional.

excellent stay on university grounds
clean room large bath perfect temperature unavoidable situation
i found the room very clean. it contained everything i needed for my visit. the bath was particularly large. the room temperature was perfect despite the outside heat (this was welcome).
the car park became really full one evening. i waited some time for a space after returning. i had to park in a reserved space (it was unavoidable).

the staff were courteous and helpful. they seemed cute at all times (i spoke with several). the breakfast service was efficient with tables cleared promptly.

the breakfast selection was extensive. i especially liked the bread and coffee available. the grounds are beautiful and well-kept. the hotel is well-situated within the university park.

the hotel is right in the centre of the university. it is approximately twenty minutes from the city centre by tram. this provides easy access to the surrounding area and amenities.

charmed by the orchard
clean foyer polite staff tidy room
I found the entrance foyer clean AND inviting. Polite staff were always available. The room had tidy features with tea and coffee facilities plus biscuits.
The vegetarian menu seemed limited. I left comments previously about this issue and found it unchanged on this visit. The limited bar food, supposedly due to demand, was the same even when it was quiet.

The room was spacious and well equipped. It included a large bathroom and provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The layout allowed for easy movement and relaxation after a busy day.

The hotel enjoys a quiet location surrounded by parkland! The setting offers calm outside. It is very close to the university and sports complex, though the parking was expensive.

My room had proper equipment. The hotel included many items in the room, for example Nespresso coffee machine and biscuits. The bar area included booth seats and tables. Free parking was available with space.

The twin room i stayed in was a great size. There was plenty of room to move around! it offered ample space for luggage and personal belongings. the hotel location was perfect for MY needs, with convenient on-site parking available.

the twin room offered two separate beds with soft linens, ensuring a restful sleep, and included a work desk with sufficient lighting. an armchair with a small side table allowed for a comfy reading nook.

Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings
lukewarm food small bathrobes
the wait time for service in the restaurant was longer than anticipated. I waited nearly an hour between courses. The food arrived lukewarm, a disappointment (i really expect better). i noticed that the bathrobes provided in the room were quite small. They barely fit, made them not very practical after a shower.
